Why is my Echelon App asking for an Activation Code (Stuck in Commercial Mode)?

If you see a message requesting an activation code on your mobile device, you will need to update your devices settings as the App may be stuck in commercial mode:

 

  • Sign out completely from your Echelon Fit App (...MORE / Sign Out)
  • On your device /  device settings / Apps
  • Scroll to 'Echelon Fit' app
  • Disable toggle 'Commercial Mode'
  • Sign in to your Echelon Fit App
