For Android devices on versions 9+:
Toggle Bluetooth scanning under "location" in settings:

1. Go to settings>location>improve accuracy> toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning off and back on (or if already off, turn it on)

2. Repeat steps below

     a. Clear all app data
     b. Clear Bluetooth cache
     c. Delete/reinstall the app
     d. Allow all permissions
     e. Go to improve accuracy turn it off and on
     f. Power down the tablet and turn it back on

For earlier Android versions:
First, delete and re-download the app. We must make sure you have the latest version of the App.  We update the app often, and making sure on the newest app is important.

Navigate to your settings on the device, scroll down to location services, make sure they are turned on with high accuracy. Then open the app, click a workout, you will see a red “disconnected” banner, click this, then click your equipment serial number in the device pop up window. Then enjoy the ride!
