We have released updated tablet firmware to improve functionality. 

Please follow the steps below to update your mounted tablet.

Select 'Update', once updated your tablet will show any available app or equipment firmware updates. 

 

 

If your tablet gets stuck at 100%, then do the following:

1.) Unplug the bike and tablet, then plug back in. 

2.) You will see 'TES01' after powering back on, wait 20 seconds then you will see System Update Message

 

 

3.) Tap 'OK' on the System Update Message

4.) Tap 'Install' and wait 

 

 

5.) You will see a progress bar of the update preparing 

 

 

6.) The tablet will now appear to reboot and start the install process. Do NOT power off! 

 

 

7.) Tablet will reboot after update is complete

8.) A message will pop up that will ask to delete the file, select 'Yes'

 

 

I wasn't prompted for an update:

• Login to the mounted tablet and navigate to the more screen.
• Once on the more screen, select 'tablet firmware' and the app will run a check for an update.
• If one is available, complete it, if not, you may not have an update available yet.
