How do I download apps on FitOS? 

1.) Start on the FitOS home page

2.) Select the top right dropdown

3.) Select 'App Management' 

4.) For each app, you can select 'install', 'update app', or 'uninstall'

How do I access an app? 

To access an app you've downloaded, first locate it on your FitOS homepage.
Once selected, you will be prompted to enter any credentials required.
