Can I connect my Echelon Fit App to other apps, such as Strava, FitBit, and Apple Health?

We support integration with Strava, FitBit, and Apple health.

 

Connecting Strava and FitBit

  1. Open your Echelon App on a mobile device
  2. Navigate to the Me tab, select the cog in the top right, and scroll down to see 'Connected Accounts' 
  3. Tap the application you'd like to connect to 
  4. A browser will open and allow you to login to your FitBit or Strava Account. Be sure to allow permissions 
  5. Once complete, select 'Done' in the top right and the Echelon app should now show 'Connected' next to the application. 
  6. This connection will be shared with your mounted tablet or other devices you login into your Echelon account on. 

 

Connecting Apple Health  (iOS 14 and Echelon Fit app 2.0.45 & up) 

Please note that you can only connect your Echelon Fit app to Apple Health on iPhone. 

 

In Apple Health App:

  1. Ensure the Echelon Fit app is installed
  2. Open your Apple Health app, access your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select “Apps” in Privacy section, then select Echelon Fit app3
  4. Select „Turn all categories on“ or choose the ones you‘d like to sync

 

In your Echelon Fit app:

  1. Open your Echelon Fit app, tap …/More
  2. Check under “Connected Accounts”: if the connection to Apple Health is correctly set up, the heart icon will turn from grey to red
  3. Navigate to your Progress tab
  4. Select the workout to be added to Apple Health
  5. Tap on the Apple Health icon in the top right-hand corner
  6. You should see this message indicating the transfer was successful: “Success! You can now see this workout on the Health app.”
  7. Repeat steps 4through 6 for all workouts you wish to add to Apple Health

 

After your ride you will see the results in your account. Sometimes it may take a few minutes for FitBit and Strava to display your results. 

We do not currently support integration with Zwift.

    • Average Speed (Calculated by Strava)
    • Elevation Gain (Calculated by Strava, always shows 0)
    • Max Speed (Calculated by Strava, always shows 0)
