What are Presets?

Presets are customizable resistance presets that, when selected, will change the resistance on your bike or rower automatically. This will help you focus on the instructor and your workout!

How do I use the Presets?

On the Echelon app, when you go into a class you will see a 'Preset' button on screen.

For BIKE: When selected it will show you three options, Hill, Climb, and Flat. Select an option from the menu and your bike will automatically go to which ever resistance you have set.

You may need to be in landscape mode and not in portrait mode depending on the size of your device's screen. See screenshot below.

For ROW: When selected it will show you three options, High, Medium, Low. Select an option from the menu and your Row will automatically go to which ever resistance you have set.

How do I change what my Resistance is for the Presets?

To change the resistance, go to the Me tab, select the cog in the top right, then select 'Workout Presets'. At the bottom you will find a section to alter the Presets from 1-32 resistance.

Who can use the Presets?
Presets are available to iOS, android, and mounted tablet users on Connect bikes (not including those with manual resistance such as Sport), Row (not including manual resistance such as the Row Sport), and those on iOS 13 and up.
