You can change your plan and billing frequency online here: Echelon Members Portal
- Log in to the Members Portal
- Select Membership & Billing
- Under plan details, select the option you would like to update
- Change my plan - provides you with other plans you are ale to change to
- Change Plan Billing Frequency - allows you to change how often you are billed (monthly, annually, 2 yearly)
- Update and save
