How do I change my plan or billing frequency?

You can change your plan and billing frequency online here: Echelon Members Portal 

 

  1. Log in to the Members Portal
  2. Select Membership & Billing
  3. Under plan details, select the option you would like to update 
  4. Change my plan - provides you with other plans you are ale to change to 
  5. Change Plan Billing Frequency - allows you to change how often you are billed (monthly, annually, 2 yearly)
  6. Update and save
