If your bike is making an noise whilst in operation, please complete the steps below in the first instance.

1. Check stability
Ensure the bike is placed on a flat even surface, try a different floor position or adjust the screw feet if required.

If your bike is on a carpet, try putting an equipment mat underneath it. 

2. Tighten all fixings
Double check all fixings on your bike from top to bottom, ensure that they are snug.
Loose fixings on pedals, seats and handlebars can cause ‘clicking’ and knocking noises.

3. Check pedals

• Serial number
• Video of the noise
