When the stats are not showing in the app, it is always advisable to check if the firmware is up to date in the first instance.
How to Update Equipment Firmware
If the issue persists and if all stats such as Cadence, Calories, Speed, Output, and Distance are remaining at zero except Resistance, this is usually an indication that parts may need to be replaced such as the speed sensor. In order to resolve this, please contact Customer Service for further support.
When contacting Customer Service, please ensure you provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Equipment serial number
- Tablet serial number (if your bike has a screen)
