There are 3 main points of contact that will service power to your rower, please check the following:
1.WALL PLUG: check the plug is secure in the socket, try a different extension / wall socket
2.ADAPTER: the adapter has 2 connection points (from wall-plug-to-adapter and adapter-to-rower-input point), check that these are secure
3. ON/OFF SWITCH: switched to 'I' position
If having tried the above there is still no power, you may have a faulty power adapter. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

- Proof of purchase
- Serial number
- Firmware details
