| Each Use | Clean the REFLECT by first toggling the power switch on the underside of the REFLECT or unplugging the device from the outlet. Clean the mirror surface with a non-acidic cleaner (NO ammonia, chlorine, or alcohol) applied on a soft cloth. Do not spray cleaning solution directly on the REFLECT as that could damage any electrical components. |
| Each Use | Routinely update the firmware and app on your device to get the most out of your Echelon Reflect. |
| Each Use | Check the plug for damage before each use if damaged call customer service to get a new one. |
| Weekly | Ensure your wifi router is operating normally, and that you test your Wi-Fi speed to ensure there is no latency when streaming your Reflect content. |
