Always follow the specific instructions provided. If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, consult with a healthcare professional before using a sauna blanket. Safety is paramount, so pay attention to your body's signals, and never stay in the sauna blanket for longer than recommended or if you start to feel uncomfortable or lightheaded.
Please read carefully before use.
Step 1: Choose a Spot
- Find a flat, comfy place to set up, like the floor or a bed, with a nearby power outlet
- Pro Tip: Have cold drinking water handy!
Step 2: Prep the Area
- Wear loose sweat-absorbent clothing
- Lay a large towel on your chosen spot for added absorption and cleanliness
Step 3: Plug In & Set
- Plug in the sauna blanket (see image below)
- Set your desired time and temperature (start low and increase gradually)
Step 4: Preheat
- Zip up the blanket completely
- Preheat for a max of 10 mins
Step 5: Enter
- Carefully enter the heated blanket
- Lie down comfortably with a pillow
- Wear breathable clothes for comfort
Step 6: Zip & Secure
- Zip up entirely
- Close magnetic clasps at the shoulders tightly to minimize gaps for heat to escape
Step 7: Relax
- Enjoy your session (20-45 mins max)
- Avoid exceeding 50 mins (especially at higher temperatures); it'll auto-shutdown after 60 mins
Step 8: Exit & Cool Down
- Unzip and exit
- Allow your body to cool down and keep hydrating
Step 9: After Use
- Air dry and cool the blanket before storing (don't store it warm)
- Wipe the interior with a towel, then a non-alcohol disinfectant wipe
Maintenance Tips
- Use mild soap and a damp cloth for cleaning; avoid corrosive alcohol-based products
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
- Store in a cool, dry place in its casing
- Don't place it on leather surfaces, as it may fuse
- Warning: Ensure the sauna blanket is dry and cool before storing
